This tool has been designed to highlight the more active members by adding some stars on their profile..
 
Here is how the stars are added on the profile: :

1/2 star if you have one picture on your profile,
1 star if you have more than one picture on your profile,
1/2 star if you have an advertisement on you profile,
1 star if you are a certified member,
1/2 star if you are a premium member,
1/2 star if you have at least one godchild,
1/2 star if you have sent at least 15 messages during the last 30 days,
1 star if you logged on more than 15 times during the last 30 days.

 
Increasing your visibility level will help the other members to see you and increase you chance to be contacted.
