Each member is responsible for the integrity of the information he/she supplies. Each member is also responsible for information sent to other members through the medium of this site. Dating-for-all cannot be held responsible for the integrity or otherwise of content supplied by members. In the same way, Dating-for-all cannot be held responsible for contents sent by a member that may contravene the rights of other members.

In case Dating-for-all should be brought to justice following an offence or a violation of the law and of the Terms of use, which is found to be attributable to you, you promise to indemnify Dating-for-all (including its employees, administrators, representatives, distributors and associates) by paying us damages and interest in accordance with the costs incurred (including legal fees) and compensation for harm done.

The member recognises that the characteristics and the limitations of the Internet do not allow us to guarantee the safety, availability and integrity of data sent over the Internet.
In these conditions, Dating-for-all also cannot guarantee that its services will be available at all times, without interruption or errors. In particular, some services may be temporarily suspended to allow maintenance, updating and improvements to the site.
In the same way, Dating-for-all cannot be held responsible for malfunctioning, lack of access or poor operating conditions on the site for reasons which are external to Dating-for-all.

Whenever it is possible, Dating-for-all will inform its members of maintenance and updating operations.

Dating-for-all is only offering online services that are accessible to its members and cannot promise any definite results. The use of the tools and means offered by Dating-for-all cannot guarantee that members’ hopes and expectations will be met.

Dating-for-all requests that you never divulge any of your private personal information, such as your real name, postal or email address, or telephone number to other members. If such information should be found on your profile or on your advertisement, Dating-for-all reserves the right to delete it, without prior notice. Since such a situation would mean failure to meet the obligations of the Terms of use, Dating-for-all could ban access to the site without any warning should the offence be repeated.

Dating-for-all cannot be held responsible for actual meetings between members following the use of our services. It is each member’s responsibility to take all the necessary precautions in such circumstances.

In any event, the responsibility of Dating-for-all is limited to the amount a member has paid for the service in question.

Dating-for-all is not responsible for indirect damages suffered by the member, most especially the loss of data or information sent by the member. Each member alone is responsible for making the necessary backup copies.

These Terms of use are subject to French law. The courts of Paris are the only competent authority for handling any litigation relating to these Terms of use.

In case of litigation, the language used will be French.
